Organization Description of Service
Canadian Diabetes Association The Canadian Diabetes Association offers a variety of programs and services across Canada. You can learn about the types of diabetes, living with and managing diabetes and information on diabetes in Canada and around the world.
Capsana Capsana offers publications on various health-related topics, including themed series on cardiovascular health, mental health and bone health. Developed by health care professionals and experts and supported by reputable health-care organizations, Capsana’s publications contain current, accurate information based on the latest guidelines and recommendations, and are known for their rigorous, credible content.
Diabetes Care Community This resource includes articles, recipes and videos created and/or reviewed by a health-care professional, based on the most recent Canadian diabetes information.
Diabetic Children’s Foundation The Diabetic Children’s Foundation helps diabetic children and teens and their families live better with the daily challenges of type 1 diabetes.
Diabetes Québec Diabetes Québec is a non-profit association that has been supporting people with diabetes for over 65 years. Diabetes Québec strives to improve knowledge and best practices in diabetes education, and funds diabetes research.
Diabetes Resource Manual The manual will help you find programs that offer financial assistance and community resources (excludes Quebec).
Diabetes School Diabetes at School is a resource for families, schools and caregivers to help school-aged children with type 1 diabetes.
diaTribe diaTribe provides cutting-edge diabetes insights and actionable tips for people with diabetes. Their mission is to help individuals better understand their diabetes and to live happier and healthier.
JDRF
 
JDRF works every day to change the reality of type 1 diabetes for millions of people by funding research, advocating for government support of research and new therapies, ensuring new therapies come to market and connecting and engaging the T1D community.
