OTIP recognizes our employees' service commitment and loyalty through the Career Achievements Awards
Program. Employees select awards that are meaningful to them, for achieving career milestones with OTIP.
Employees are also recognized by their supervisor through individual and team based gifts, as well as
department social events.
Significant educational achievements are also recognized, as OTIP fully supports continuous learning.

pro-active about your goals. We have recently introduced a talent management program to support employees
in meeting their full potential – whether in their current role, or in other roles or departments
within the organization.
Educational Assistance
OTIP recognizes that the skills and knowledge of our employees are critical to the success of our organization
and our employees' career development.
Our educational assistance program encourages personal development through formal education so employees
can maintain and improve job-related skills or enhance their ability to progress within OTIP.
OTIP also provides a wide range of in-house educational programs including a mandatory 2-day
7 Habits of Highly Effective People training session.
