Easy online registration

Registration for the OTIP Charity Golf Classic is now open. Register individually or up to 4 players. Providing correct contact information for each player ensures all players receive confirmation and a tax receipt. If you are registering individually, you can request specific teammates to be placed on your team. We will do our best to accommodate your request. After you register, you will have the option of e-mailing a registration link to another player.

The fee to participate in OTIP’s Annual Charity Golf Classic is $160.

Your day will include:

  • 18 holes of golf
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
  • Chipping Contest on the course
  • Two power carts per team
  • A registration gift
  • Full access to lockers, showers, towels and all other club facilities

You can register a foursome even if you don’t yet know the names of all your players. Simply enter “TBD” in the first and last name fields on the online registration form. Once you determine who is playing on your team, contact Anita Chamberland at 1-877-260-3892 extension 2604 to confirm their attendance. If circumstances change and your foursome is incomplete, OTIP may be able to place other golfers on your team.

Please have your credit card ready to complete your registration. A tax receipt for the maximum allowable amount will be issued for each player. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another player, however your registration fee is non-refundable.

Tournament participants requiring accommodations should contact the Howard Johnson Hotel directly at 1-800-446-4656. Please book your room prior to July 26, 2010, at which time the hotel will release the block of reserved rooms.

Your confirmation notice will be e-mailed in July with more details on the golf tournament.We look forward to seeing you at this year's event!
