OTIP offers a one-stop solution for all health and dental services and claims through OTIP benefits
services. Current RTIP plan members can call 1-866-783-6847 or visit our secure online services site
at www.otipservices.com to review
plan design options as well as the status of submitted claims.
If you need a new or additional benefits card, want to change your address, or require a claim form,
OTIP Services is your one-stop shop.
Important Notice Regarding Statement of Premiums Paid
Income tax letters indicating the amount of premiums you paid for your RTIP health and dental coverage in 2007 are available on request. All income tax letters previously requested for 2007 were mailed in February 2008. If you would like to receive an income tax letter for 2007 and ensure you receive one in subsequent years, please call 1-800-267-6847 extension 2234, or e-mail taxreceipts@otip.com. Income tax letters for 2007 are available until April 30, 2008.
Requests for 2007 income tax letters will be processed within 24 hours and take approximately 10 days for delivery. If you previously requested an income tax letter, you will automatically receive one each subsequent year. A $10 fee will be charged for duplicate receipts.
