Online Services through the OTIP Services Plan Member Secure Site
All RTIP health plan members have access to the OTIP Services Plan Member Secure Site. OTIP’s online services allow you to quickly and conveniently view your claims status, make new claims, set up direct deposit payments, as well as view prior claims payments and history, all at the touch of a button.
If you’re already registered for the OTIP Services Plan Member Secure Site, you’re ready to start. Enter your plan number and select submit in the secure site login area on the OTIP Services website. Once you log in, you’ll see the Direct deposit for claims and Submit a claim links in the left menu.
This one-stop solution for health and dental services and claims is offered through OTIP benefits services. Current RTIP plan members can call 1-866-783-6847 or visit our secure online services site at www.otipservices.com to review plan design options as well as the status of submitted claims.
If you need a new or additional benefits card, want to change your address, or require a claim form, OTIP Services is your one-stop shop.
