Unit District Local Secretaries Program
This unique program was created for the employees of teacher affiliate offices throughout Ontario and
includes the following options:
- Life insurance (2x annual salary)
- Extended health and dental coverage (single or family)
- Long term disability insurance (68.9% of gross income after a waiting period of 60 working days)
- Accidental death and dismemberment
This plan can be purchased by an employer for a group of employees or by an employee looking for insurance
coverage. Applicants must join within 30 days of their date of hire.
