With feedback from you, we updated My Benefits with a fresh look and added new functionality to make the user experience easier and more intuitive.
In addition, My Benefits is now mobile friendly. You can use your favourite smartphone or tablet to view and make changes with My Benefits on the go!
Right away on the new homepage, you can:
Identify important benefit activities that require your attention.
View a summary of your benefits coverage, or for a detailed breakdown, click on View all benefit selections.
Make changes related to your enrolment, coverage and beneficiaries.
Update your email and/or banking information.
You can also access links to a variety of resources, such as a glossary to help you understand key terms, as well as, an FAQ to answer some of your most pressing questions.
Log in to My Benefits today and see the changes for yourself.
