Holiday office closures

During the holiday season, all OTIP offices will have some reduced hours and closures for the statutory holidays: 

• December 24: Reduced hours, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. local time 

• December 25: Offices closed 

• December 26: Offices closed 

• December 31: Reduced hours, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. local time 

• January 1: Offices closed 

Our offices will be open for regular business hours on December 29 and 30. 

RTIP Contact Centre Hours: 

• December 24 to 26: Offices closed 
• Monday, December 29: 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. local time 
• Tuesday, December 30: 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. local time 
• Wednesday, December 31: 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. local time 
• Thursday, January 1: Offices closed

Note: If you're looking to make RTIP plan updates, RTIP Administration Support is open from Monday, December 29 to Wednesday, December 31 from 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m, returning to regular business hours on Friday, January 2, 2026.
