One of the strategies that is used to ensure appropriate use of your benefits plan is to review provider practices. Some service providers have been delisted. This means that claims submitted for services provided by a delisted provider would not be covered under your plan. Check the delisted providers list before making an appointment to ensure your new and current providers/suppliers are in good standing.
