Our hours of operation have changed to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. across all business units until further notice, including:

- Auto and Home, Service and Sales
- Auto and Home Claims (CURO Claims Services)
- Retiree Health and Dental Sales
- Life Insurance Claims, Service, Sales
To prioritize the health and well-being of our employees, most OTIP employees are now working from home. This means that when you call us, you may hear some unexpected background noise from our employees’ home work space.
We kindly ask for your understanding as our business transitions to these new, temporary work from home arrangements.

Please note that our offices are closed to visitors as a temporary precaution. If you need to visit the OTIP Head Office to drop off a claim form or other mail, please use the mailbox located outside the front door.
