• Eligible prescription drugs – 80% reimbursement up to $2,500, including diabetic supplies, per person, per calendar year (excl. dispensing fees)
• No deductible
• Paramedical services – 80% reimbursement up to a combined maximum $1,350 per person, per calendar year. Note: there are per visit maximums on the ‘eligible’ amount for paramedical services.
• Vision care – 100% reimbursement, maximum $300 per person in any two calendar years
• Semi-private hospital accommodation; 80% coinsurance
• Travel insurance up to 100 consecutive days per trip
