How do I print off additional benefits cards for my dependants?

 
 

I have recently moved. How do I change my home address?

 

If you are a group benefits plan member: 

You must contact your school board to update your home address. Once OTIP receives your updated address information from your school board, we will apply the changes to your member account.

If you are an RTIP member:

  1. After logging into My Member Account, please click on your retiree plan listed under My coverage.
  2. Within the My Retiree Benefits dashboard, click Go to RTIP plan member site.
  3. Select your name in the top right-hand corner of the page and then select Your OTIP Account from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select the Who and Where? drop-down box to update your address.
  5. Click Save Changes.

NOTE : If more than three weeks have passed since you contacted your employer to update your home address information, please contact OTIP.
