How do I print off additional benefits cards for my dependants?

If you are a group benefits plan member (not applicable to CUPE EWBT plan members):

After logging into My Member Account, click on your Group Benefits plan under My coverage.
Click View/download benefit card.

If you are an RTIP member:

After logging into My Member Account, click on your retiree plan listed under My coverage.
Within the My Retiree Benefits dashboard, select View/download benefit card.

NOTE : The benefit card will only be in your name as you are the plan member. However, you can print off as many cards as you need and give them to dependants covered under your plan.

I have recently moved. How do I change my home address?

If you are a group benefits plan member:

You must contact your school board to update your home address. Once OTIP receives your updated address information from your school board, we will apply the changes to your member account.

If you are an RTIP member:

After logging into My Member Account, please click on your retiree plan listed under My coverage.
Within the My Retiree Benefits dashboard, click Go to RTIP plan member site.
Select your name in the top right-hand corner of the page and then select Your OTIP Account from the drop-down menu.
Select the Who and Where? drop-down box to update your address.
Click Save Changes.

NOTE : If more than three weeks have passed since you contacted your employer to update your home address information, please contact OTIP.

How do I send supporting documents for a health or dental claim online?

If you are a group benefits plan member (not applicable to CUPE EWBT plan members):

After logging into My Member Account, click on your Group Benefits plan under My coverage.
Click Submit a claim
Select Audit or supporting documents for a previous claim from the service provider type drop-down menu.

If you are an RTIP member:

After logging into My Member Account, click on your retiree plan listed under My coverage.
Within the My Retiree Benefits dashboard, click Go to RTIP plan member site.
Click the Your Claims drop-down menu and select Claims History.
Find the specific claim that needs additional information to be approved and click the + button on the right-hand side to expand information.
Select Upload and add the correct document from your computer to that claim.
