Internet Explorer

1. Hold down the Ctrl, Shift and Delete keys simultaneously (Ctrl + Shift + Del) ORfollow these instructions:
   1. Click on the Tools icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen (or Alt+X).  and select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
   2. In the General tab, under Browsing history, click on Delete... button.
2. Uncheck Preserve Favorites website dataand make sure the following are checked off:
   1. Temporary Internet files and website files
   2. Cookies and website data
   3. History
3. Click on the Delete button. You will see a confirmation at the bottom of the window when the process is complete. Close the Internet Options window.
4. Close your browser and then re-open the browser.

Google Chrome

1. Hold down the Ctrl, Shift and Delete keys simultaneously (Ctrl + Shift + Del), OR follow these instructions:
   1. Click on the menu (circle with three vertical dots) on the top right-hand corner of the screen and select Settings
   2. Click Advanced to expand the menu.
   3. Under Privacy and security, select Clear browsing data
2. Under the Basic tab, in the Time range field, select All Timefrom the drop-down menu and make sure the following are checked off:
   1. Browsing history
   2. Cookies and other site data
   3. Cached images and files
3. Click on the Clear Data button.
4. You can now close your browser and then re-open the browser.

Safari

1. From the Safari menu on the top left-hand corner, select Clear History…
2. Select Clear all history and click on Clear History button.
3. Go to Safari and select Quit Safari to exit the browser completely.

Firefox

1. Hold down the Ctrl, Shift and Delete keys simultaneously (Ctrl + Shift + Del)
2. In the Time range to clearfield, select Everything from the drop-down menu and make sure the following are checked off:
   1. Browsing & Download History
   2. Cookies
   3. Cache
3. Click on the Clear Now button.
4. The small window will disappear once the process is complete. Close your browser and then reopen it.

Or

1. Select menu on the top right-hand corner of the screen and select Options.
2. Select Privacy & Security on the left tab menu.
3. Under Cookies and Site Data, select the Clear Data… button.
4. Make sure the following are checked off:
   1. Cookies and Site Data
   2. Cached Web Content
5. Click on the Clear button and then click on Clear Now in the dialog box.
6. The small window will disappear once the process is complete. Close your browser and then reopen it.
