Microsoft Edge

•      Press Ctrl + Shift + Del simultaneously, OR follow these steps: 

1.     Click the Settings and more icon (three dots) in the top-right corner.
2.     Select Settings from the menu.
3.     In the left panel, click Privacy, search, and services.
4.     Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
5.     Set Time range to All time and ensure these are checked: 

•     Browsing history
•     Download history
•     Cookies and other site data
•     Cached images and files

6.    Click Clear now.

7.    Close and reopen the browser.

Google Chrome

•     Press Ctrl + Shift + Del, OR follow these steps: 

1.    Click the menu (three dots) in the top-right corner and select Settings.

2.    Click Privacy and security, then Clear browsing data.

3.    In the Basic tab, set Time range to All Time and check: 

•     Browsing history
•     Cookies and other site data
•     Cached images and files

4.    Click Clear Data, then close and reopen the browser.

Safari

1.    From the Safari menu (top-left), select Clear History….

2.    Choose Clear all history, then click Clear History.

3.    Quit Safari completely (Safari > Quit Safari).

Firefox

•     Press Ctrl + Shift + Del, then: 

1.    Set Time range to clear to Everything.

2.    Check: 

•     Browsing & Download History
•     Cookies
•     Cache

3.    Click Clear Now. The window disappears when complete.

4.    Close and reopen the browser.

OR

1.    Click the menu (three lines) and select Settings.

2.    Go to Privacy & Security.

3.    Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data….

4.    Check: 

•     Cookies and Site Data
•     Cached Web Content

5.    Click Clear, then confirm with Clear Now.

6.    Close and reopen the browser.
