We are working hard to respond to your inquiries and get our systems operational. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we get back to doing what we do best - serving you.

Group health, dental and travel coverage

Please be aware that our system access to claims information remains limited and so we are limited in serving you at this time. We are also working hard to respond to higher than normal email volumes and so our turnaround times may be longer than usual.

Although our ability to serve you remains limited, your coverage remains intact and has had no interruption. You can continue to submit claims via our plan member secure site and claims will be processed as usual.

You can also enrol in your group benefits plan or update your benefits once logged in to the OTIP plan member site.

The OTIP plan member site is available for group benefits members who need to access My Claims and My Benefits. Please log in here.

Long term disability claims

For long term disability documents, please mail or courier them to OTIP as our fax machine is not available at this time. Our mailing addresses can be found on the Contact us page.

If you have an urgent inquiry, please send us an online note by selecting General feedback in the drop down on the Contact Us page.
