How can I resolve my concerns with OTIP?


OTIP is committed to resolving customer complaints fairly and in a timely manner. We value member feedback and encourage you to contact us with your complaints to give us an opportunity to resolve your concerns. Please follow these steps if you have a complaint.

Step 1

Life, health and dental

Please contact OTIP Benefits Services at 1-866-783-6847. Most problems can be resolved quickly and easily by speaking with one of our representatives.

Home, auto and leisure

Please contact one of OTIP’s Broker Service Representatives at 1-800-267-6847. Most problems can be resolved quickly and easily by speaking with one of our representatives.

Long term disability (LTD)

Please contact OTIP LTD Claims at 1-800-267-6847. Most problems can be resolved quickly and easily by speaking with one of our representatives.

Other

Please contact us at 1-800-267-6847.


If your issue has not been resolved after speaking with one of our representatives, please ask to speak with the manager in that area.

Step 2

If you feel that your issue was not resolved, you can contact our Member Advocacy team to support you. The team will validate that the appropriate business processes and procedures have been followed and that your concerns have been addressed and responded to. Please complete Step 1 as outlined above before contacting our Member Advocacy team.
