Check out the new and improved My Claims (Plan Member Secure Site) home page with additional functionality and other improvements to make your experience easier and quicker.
The changes include the following:
Refreshed home page
- Easier and quicker access to the most commonly used features on the home page (e.g. one-click buttons for Submit a claim, Search my claims and Find a form, or direct links to your benefits booklet, coverage, My drug plan, etc.)
- Message Centre: Be sure to check out the new Message Centre for plan updates, account or other pertinent information related to your benefits (envelope icon on the top right hand corner of the page)
- Check for letters regarding your coverage application, pre-determination of orthotics, payment notifications, etc. (found in the Claims History under the Claims tab), as they may contain time-sensitive information pertaining to a claim or your application
Send documents online through My Claims (Plan Member Secure Site)
- You can now send documents related to your health and dental claims online by logging in to My Claims (Plan Member Secure Site)
- Click on Submit a claim
- Click on Select a provider type and select Other from the drop-down menu
- Complete the steps
- To send Evidence of Insurability online, please log in to My Claims (Plan Member Secure Site)
- Click on Contact us
- Select Send documents and then complete the steps
