RTIP plan member secure site update: A new way to log in


Effective August 20, RTIP members can use their email address instead of a username to log in to the RTIP plan member secure site.

If you have not already followed the steps provided to update your username to your preferred email, you can follow the steps outlined on the RTIP plan member secure site. Please note: You only have to complete this process once. The alert to update your login information will remain, even after you provide your email. Once you complete the process, please disregard the alert and log in using your chosen email and password.

Why did we make this change?
We’ve made this change to provide your RTIP account on our website and RTIP-on-the-go mobile app  with better protection while also simplifying the log in process.

What email can I use? 
You can choose to use any email address as your login email. We recommend using the email address you used to originally register your RTIP account for the plan member secure site. Important note: If you choose to use a new email for your login, it will automatically update the email we have on file. This means the email you select will be used for future communications from OTIP. 

If you choose to use a different email address than what we have on file for login purposes, you will also be asked to reconfirm your designated beneficiary, date of birth, direct deposit information, and phone number.
