OTIP is excited to announce the winners of the 2022-23 Sponsorship of School Projects and Initiatives program. These winning schools will receive $5,000 each to be applied to their school project or initiative:

• James S. Bell Junior Middle School, Etobicoke, ON – Creating a sensory safe space
• Jacob Hespeler Secondary School, Cambridge, ON – Nutrition for learning 
• B. Davison Secondary School, London, ON – Creating a sensory safe space
• École secondaire catholique de Casselman, Casselman, ON - Innovation, arts and entrepreneurship
• Lambton Centennial Public School, Petrolia, ON – New school playground

There are so many incredible projects happening in the education community, that OTIP is awarding additional funding to help offset the costs of these worthy initiatives. We are excited to announce that the following schools will receive $500-$1,000 each to be applied to their school project or initiative:

• Humberview Secondary School, Bolton, ON – Providing students with STEM learning opportunities
• Grove School, Oshawa, ON – Providing students with science learning opportunities
• École élémentaire catholique Saint-Isidore, Saint Isidore, ON – Wellness initiatives
• Bernie Custis Secondary School, Hamilton, ON – Newcomers club for English learners
• École élémentaire publique Trille des Bois, Vanier, ON – Outdoor education
• Hespeler Public School, Cambridge, ON – Wellness initiatives
