There’s no question that the COVID-19 pandemic has completely upended our normal lives and calm has often given way to anxiety. We have seen a lot of changes and have had to adapt to unusual circumstances.
But there’s one thing that hasn’t changed during this uncertain time: you are still covered by your benefits plan.
OTIP continues to work closely with your Employee Life and Health Trust (ELHT) and your insurer to meet your benefit needs and be there for you. Together, we are keeping you informed and providing the resources needed to understand your coverage and make use of your plan.

It may be difficult to obtain services from your provider during lockdowns. However, if services are available your plan is there to provide the coverage you need.
To see a full list of products and/or services covered by your benefits plan, review your benefits booklet in My Library. The benefits booklet outlines the specific details of plan provisions and available benefits. It is updated on a regular basis to reflect any changes or updates to the plan.
