Your benefits card and manual forms can be downloaded from your plan member account ahead of August 15, if required.
Access to your group benefits plan, including online claims submission, will be available again starting August 18.
Home, auto, recreation and leisure policyholders:
Your liability card can be downloaded from the OTIP RAEO mobile app or the OTIP Home and Auto Insurance Member Portal ahead of August 15, if required.
Access to your policy information will be available again starting August 18.
RTIP members
