Did you know, as a member with long term disability (LTD) coverage through OTIP, you may be eligible access for a variety of programs and services meant to assist you along your journey to achieving good health. These programs are at no additional cost to you and include a number of valuable features.

CAREpath
If you or a loved one has been recently diagnosed with cancer, CAREpath can assist. CAREpath is a Canadian cancer assistance program that will help you navigate the complex health care system so you and your family can receive the very best cancer-related treatment and support. CAREpath will suggest questions to ask your doctors, explain test results and help determine the best treatment plan for you. FeelingBetterNow®
This anonymous, web-based mental health care program is designed to help in the prevention, early diagnosis and ongoing management of common emotional and mental health issues. Once you sign up, you will have the opportunity to receive a personalized action plan. To learn more, visit https://www.feelingbetternow.com.

CPP appeal services
If your CPP disability claim has been denied or terminated, an OTIP disability service representative (DSR) can assist you with your appeal. Learn more about the appeal process here.

Early Intervention
Early Intervention is a confidential support program, offered at no cost through your LTD plan, that provides support and assistance to help prevent or shorten the duration of an LTD claim. Your participation does not affect a future LTD claim submission, premium or any matters related to your plan. For more information, visit our FAQ page.

Rehabilitation services
You want to get back to the job you love, and we want to help you. A professional OTIP Rehabilitation Consultant (RC) in your area will work with you to develop a return-to-work plan that fits your needs. Learn more here.
